System Logistics S.p.A. will proceed to collect, preserve and store personal data submitted by you, including your e-mail address, and this treatment will be finalised, in accordance with the intentions expressed by you, to the exchange of information concerning the management of pre-contractual negotiations in view of your spontaneous application for the establishment of a working relationship with our company.
The treatment described above only covers ordinary data: the presence of data disclosing health, racial and ethnic origin, religious beliefs, political opinions, sexual life or information classified as 'sensitive data' pursuant to art. 22 of the Act, will lead to the immediate destruction of the message. Therefore, with particular reference to the messages spontaneously transmitted to the address, containing applications aimed at establishing a working relationship with our company, we inform anyone wishing to send their CV or personal profile, not to include 'sensitive' data, to avoid it being immediately destroyed. For military service it will be necessary, for example, to only indicate if acquitted or not, without further specification regarding conscientious objection; in the case of change of employment, reasons for termination are not required such as, for example, pregnancy, injury, illness, etc.. In any case, the above described processing operations will be held in accordance with the provisions of art. 9 of the Act and will be carried out either manually or with the help of information and communication tools. The data may be stored either in paper files, or in electronic files, to allow, where necessary, the identification and selection of data, and for a time not exceeding the duration and need for treatment. The data will be handled directly by System Logistics S.p.A, with the help of its officers and/or data processors. The updated list of data processors is available at the offices of System Logistics S.p.A. It will be strictly related to the purposes indicated and in ways that ensure the security and confidentiality of data, through the adoption of appropriate measures to prevent alteration, deletion, destruction, unauthorised access or treatment that is not admitted or in conformity with the purposes of collection.
