When it comes to automated vertical warehouses, payload is a vital factor, especially if you need to store heavy, voluminous and bulky products.

Every model in the Modula Lift range of vertical warehouses is able to handle the maximum payload for all tray sizes, irrespective of tray width and depth. An overall gross payload of 90,000 kg can therefore be achieved.

The steel-reinforced toothed belt transmission and elevator guide system with 16 HDPE rollers makes it possible to keep a partially unbalanced load in the trays without compromising warehouse operations.

It is important to know that each warehouse can be equipped with trays with different payloads, depending on storage requirements. Trays bearing loads of 250, 500, 750 and 990 kg can be mixed together in the same machine, to optimise the warehouse loads and capacity.

In any case, the overall load capacity is not compromised and constant control is maintained over the tray balancing system.
