Modula US Dealer Meeting in Scottsdale, Arizona

From the 15th to the 17th of January, Modula hosted our 2020 US Dealer Meeting in Scottsdale, Arizona at the Scott Resort & Spa. More than 40 Tier 1 and Tier 2 dealers attended from the US and Canada.

After a Welcome dinner on January 15th, the first day’s agenda covered a variety of topics including a yearly review of sales, introduction of new products, Marketing and Customer Care updates, business plan developments, and the latest features of WMS. New tools for Sales & Marketing were also presented, including a printed Modula Brand Guideline to assist the dealers in their marketing efforts while focusing on the importance of awareness and consistency in the Modula Brand.

One of the highlights of the presentations was the four Dealer success stories, given by dealers who shared their personal success stories with Modula as well as tips to a successful approach to the market. Interactive workshops were held in the afternoon to allow the dealers to have more in depth conversations with the presenters of the morning topics including Marketing, After Sales, APP, Business Development, WMS, CRM and Configurator. These workshops not only helped the Dealers to use our Modula tools, but it also gave them the opportunity to talk one on one with the main contacts in each department.

At the end of the day, we held the Award Ceremony to recognize the winners from our Dealer Incentive Program and our Top Dealer Performers of 2019.

- 1 Platinum: Received a trip to Italy for two.
- 6 Gold: Received a certificate for $2,000 to spend on Modula merchandizing/advertisement.
- 2 Silver: Received a certificate for $500 to spend on Modula merchandizing/advertisement.

The three Top Dealer Perfomers of 2019 took home bronze, silver and gold trophies with a hologram image of the Modula Lift inside. Afterwards, we held our Gala Dinner to celebrate the successes of the past year and continue networking among new and existing relationships.

On Friday, the final day of the meeting, we started with a SWOT and Competitors Analysis to better understand our market and competitors. It was a significant moment for sharing ideas, insights, opportunities and threats. The success of the our 2020 US Dealer meeting was due to the high level of presentations and tools given, as well as the unique platform given to collect different voices and perspectives which make us excited for more wins this year!
