It is the ideal tool when it is necessary to pick up a certain number of small objects (bolts, screws or similar) quickly and precisely.
The scales can be supplied with a single plate having a load capacity of 3/6/15/30/60 kg or with a double plate with the combinations 3 + 15 kg or 6 + 30 kg.
The counting scale is connected to the electrical panel of the machine via an ethernet cable supplied and the unit interface is managed via the Modula WMS software.
The unit weight is set for each item and the operator, during picking, weighs a quantity of pieces on the scale. The number of pieces automatically appears on the Copilot console.
