LATAM International Sales Meeting: a chance for dialogue and growth for our network

From 8 to 11 April, our LATAM International Sales Meeting took place in Brazil, a key annual event to consolidate and strengthen ties with our South American dealers, branches and resellers. The meeting involved the countries where we operate, with branches in Mexico and Colombia and dealers in more than 10 countries. This event is a unique opportunity for refresher training and knowledge sharing.

For us, it is essential to maintain a constant dialogue with our representatives, not only to keep them informed and up-to-date on new developments, but also to exchange ideas, opinions, and to analyse market opportunities and trends together. This year, the main topics were separated into three distinct areas: Sales, Software and Customer Care, with dedicated training sessions for each.

Highlights of the event included new features, such as Pick to Colour, and advanced artificial intelligence tools, such as Plant Designer and Optimizer, which will enable our dealers to stay abreast of the latest technologies and improve picking operation efficiency and vertical warehouse optimisation.

The meeting was also an opportunity to explore new possibilities in key sectors such as automotive, energy, oil and gas, mining, electrical, chemical, pharmaceutical, agricultural and food, which have seen different trends throughout LATAM in recent years.

In recent years, our network in Latin America has been consolidated, thanks to our dealers in countries such as Paraguay, Uruguay, Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Ecuador, Peru, Costa Rica, the Dominican Republic, Panama, Nicaragua and Guatemala, and we are ready to further expand our presence in these growing markets.

The LATAM International Sales Meeting was a key step in strengthening our commitment to the South American market and promoting mutual and ongoing growth.
