2025 has been a special year for us. A year in which we consolidated our role as a company deeply rooted in its local community and attentive to people, once again strengthening our belief that the value of a company is not measured solely by economic results, but above all by the social impact it is able to generate.
Events to Bring the Community and New Generations Closer
Throughout the year, we opened our doors to several initiatives dedicated to the local community and schools, welcoming:
- Lower and upper secondary schools
- Post-diploma and vocational programs
- Schools and educational organizations interested in learning more about our business model firsthand
An Ongoing Relationship with the Academic World
Dialogue with young people and with those studying the future of our industry is essential to us. Over the course of the year, we took part in talks, testimonials, and activities with the Universities of Modena and Bologna, sharing our know-how and offering students a direct insight into the world of work.
A Key Player in Major Local Events
In 2025, we played a leading role in several high-profile events:
- Participation in the Industrial Architecture Festival, where we were presented as an example of sustainable, people-oriented architecture.
- Hosting the Confindustria Factory Tour, an opportunity to showcase our production model and our continuous investment in innovation.
- Hosting the 2025 edition of the 28th Historic Car Rally organized by GS-Spezzano-Castelvetro with the support of Tecnoborghi, which brought enthusiasts and families to our company for a day dedicated to culture, history, and motors.
During 2025, more than 40 events were hosted in our Experience Centre, either for current and potential clients or in collaboration with partners and associations. At all our events, we put into practice a principle that matters greatly to us: nothing should go to waste if it can become helpful for someone else.
For this reason, all leftover food from celebrations and initiatives was donated free of charge to associations and people in need.
Corporate Welfare: People at the Center
The well-being of our employees continues to be a fundamental priority.
Throughout the year, we promoted various initiatives dedicated to health, prevention, and overall well-being, along with moments of connection and sharing that strengthen our corporate community. These initiatives were complemented by sports and cultural events that have now become regular fixtures, such as the padel tournament and Modula Golf, designed to foster connections and promote an active lifestyle. We also carried out awareness-raising activities on current issues and created opportunities for dialogue with external organizations, helping to build spaces for discussion that support an increasingly mindful, inclusive, and sustainability-oriented corporate culture.
Supporting Sport, Culture, and Local Associations
In 2025, we took part in many sports-related, local, and social projects. We provided financial support to:
- G.S.D. Pallamano Spallanzani
- Società Agricola Riola Valley
- Hockey Valdagno S.R.L. Amateur Sports Club
- Rugby Modena
- A.S.D. Ruzzolone Lama
- P.G.S. Smile A.S.D. Formigine
- A.C. Casalgrande Sports Association
Among the most significant projects with a strong social impact that we supported as partners or sponsors were:
- L’Acqua è Vita (Water Is Life): a project promoted by the Rock No War association, aimed at ensuring access to drinking water in areas of the world most affected by water scarcity.
- The Teatro Carani season: supporting the enhancement of local cultural heritage.
- Beeing: an organization committed to protecting bees and promoting urban biodiversity.
- The publication of the book “Fuori Sacco – Quando era bello essere giornalisti”, published by Incontri Editrice, which brings together contributions by Luigi Giuliani—editor of the Sassuolo page of Il Resto del Carlino from 1981 to 2010—and the twenty young journalists from his local editorial team, who between the 1980s and the 2000s chronicled the Ceramic District, the productive heart of Emilia-Romagna.
- Trade Week 2025 in Sassuolo, an event organized by Cultura Territorio Giovani Sassuolo: four days of meetings, performances, and music, all designed to address a challenge that is increasingly pressing for new generations—performance anxiety.
Last but not least, we launched collaborations and supported associations such as:
- AVIS (Italian Blood Donors Association)
- LILT (Italian League Against Cancer)
- Fondazione ANT Italia ONLUS (National Cancer Assistance)
- The local parish
Looking to the Future
2025 comes to a close with significant achievements, but above all with the certainty that we are on the right path: one that puts people, culture, education, sustainability, and social responsibility at its core. We are ready to continue along this course, together with the local community that stands by us and the employees who make all of this possible every day.
