At Modula, customer care isn’t just a task – it’s at the heart of everything we do. That’s why we’re excited to share a special moment: the International Customer Care Meeting 2025.

This event brought together those on the front lines every day – service center teams, local brand representatives, and those who interact with our customers with professionalism and passion.

From around the globe, 75 people gathered to experience something beyond KPIs and workflows: a moment to reflect, connect, and grow as one team.

No matter where we come from or what role we play, we all share one goal: to continuously improve the way we support our customers, delivering reliability, quality, and unwavering care.

Over these days, we talked about achievements, upcoming projects, and fresh ideas – but most of all, we focused on people: our customers. Those who choose us every day deserve to be heard, supported quickly, and cared for with attention to every detail.

For us, this meeting wasn’t just a look back – it was a new beginning. A chance to reimagine the future of customer care as not just a support function, but a strategic pillar that drives loyalty and long-term value.
