The electronic keys, which can be programmed with dedicated software, are equipped with a device consisting of a memory chip and a transponder antenna. The EKS reader works without a battery.
The advantages of this device are the same as those of a badge reader, traceability of all operations, access customization and instrument portability, with the additional possibility of automatically checking logout when the electronic key is removed from the reader.
The EKS reader obviously requires connection with the Modula WMS warehouse management software, for this it is equipped with an Ethernet interface for connection to the control PC on which Modula WMS is installed.
It is ideal for industrial applications thanks to its robust structure and IP67 degree of protection.
