The month of September will bring us great news: our new headquarters in Fiorano Modenese.
A completely new, modern and architecturally advanced building that will house part of our offices and departments now in Salvaterra di Casalgrande (RE).
State-of-the-art photovoltaic systems, sustainable architecture and a green footprint have been the guidelines throughout the design and construction of the Fiorano building, just a few streets away from the place where Modula was born when it was still a business unit of System Logistics.
The new offices will house the Human Resources, Finance, Administration, Legal, and IT departments on the first floor, while the second will provide space for sales and back office personnel, the Academy division dedicated to internal training, and marketing.
The production part, located on the ground floor, will feature some of B-Tronic’s technologies that will be used to create prototype machines to serve the R&D offices, which will be located on the ground floor of the new building next to the Software Development office.
The idea of the new building is precisely to create an Experience Centre where new projects and prototypes will come to life and where customers and guests will be able to touch and see the magazines in operation live.
For years now, Modula has boasted a very active Research and Development department, also thanks to continuous dedicated investments. In light of this, collaborations with universities, research centres and technological partners have always been cultivated. Even more so today, in the new premises, these partnerships will be strengthened to make the Fiorano Modenese centre a real hotbed of innovation in the field of intralogistics and automation.
Our headquarters in Salvaterra will, however, remain headquarter, registered office and production heart. Here we will continue to produce automated warehouses for almost the entire world, with the exception of China and the United States, at a rate of 73 machines per week.
New locations, new perspectives but one group.
