Modula and handball: a confluence of values for mutual growth
We are pleased to announce that we have once again reaffirmed our sponsorship of the Casalgrande men’s handball team for the Italian league Serie A Bronze. The season officially kicked off with a press conference held at our headquarters, which was attended by the mayor of Casalgrande (Reggio Emilia) and the team itself. The occasion served as the perfect opportunity to present the team’s new code of ethics, renewed organisational chart, and plans for future growth.
Why handball? For us, this sport represents values that resonate deeply with what we believe in: loyalty, courage, respect, sacrifice, and dedication. These are the same principles that we put into our work every day, and are closely linked to our own values: agility, appeal, excellence and innovation.
The partnership with the team is not just a sponsorship, but rather a way to support those who, like us, believe in teamwork and perseverance to achieve great results, creating a nexus between the industrial and sporting worlds, so that teamwork and perseverance can lead to success both on the court and at the company.
Values like trust, collaboration, and a sense of belonging are the basis of our daily work activities and the handball team’s performance, creating a perfect synergy between business and sport.
Theatre and values: an event for sharing
We organised a theatrical performance at the Cineporto di Fiorano (Modena) on 27 September in order convey and share our guiding values. The Compagnia degli Ottomani staged a series of sketches designed to make people reflect on issues like excellence, collaboration, and innovation, in a fun and engaging way. It was a special occasion to show how these principles are more than just words, and are brought to life in concrete daily actions, and in our commitment to the community.
The show was a unique opportunity to share what Modula stands for in a creative and engaging way, showing the audience how agility, appeal, excellence and innovation are reflected in our day-to-day activities.
Through the language of theatre, the bond that unites the company to the context in which we operate was conveyed to the audience in a fun and interactive manner.
Our commitment to the territory
We firmly believe that success is achieved through teamwork. Our partnership with the handball team is just one example of our commitment to supporting our territory. Promoting local sport means supporting activities that convey values and create growth opportunities for young people and families.
