On the occasion of the International Day of Sport, Modula is sharing a project that strengthens its commitment to people’s well-being: the creation of a new corporate wellness area at its headquarters in Fiorano Modenese. This space is designed to promote an active lifestyle and improve employees’ quality of life.
This initiative is part of a path already underway, following the positive experience of the wellness area at the Salvaterra site, and demonstrates Modula’s concrete focus on health, balance, and sustainable performance.
Well-Being and Work: An Increasingly Central Connection
Exercising, staying fit, and taking care of one’s body not only helps people feel more energetic and focused at work, but above all improves everyday life. At Modula, this awareness has become a tangible value, leading to the creation of spaces dedicated to sport and movement directly within the workplace.
Work at the Fiorano site is currently in progress, and in the coming weeks a wellness center equipped with Technogym equipment—an international benchmark in fitness and wellness—will take shape. It will be a place designed to carve out moments for physical activity during the workday, recharge energy, and support overall mental and physical well-being.
Sport, Connections, and Corporate Culture
The company’s commitment to sport goes beyond internal facilities. Over time, Modula has promoted and supported numerous sporting and cultural initiatives that have become regular events, such as the employee padel tournament, now in its second edition, and the golf tournament—opportunities created to strengthen relationships and encourage a shared, active lifestyle.
At the same time, Modula continues to support several local and international sports organizations through financial contributions, including: G.S.D. Pallamano Spallanzani, Società Agricola Riola Valley, Hockey Valdagno S.R.L., P.G.S. Smile A.S.D. Formigine, and Associazione Calcistica Casalgrande A.S.D.
These are complemented by important partnerships and sponsorships, such as those with U.S. Sassuolo Calcio, FC Cincinnati in the United States, and FC Augsburg in Germany; as well as rugby-related initiatives with Club de Rugby Castelló in Spain and sports projects in Germany, such as the “Modula Man’s Day” golf tournament.
Investing in Sport to Grow Together
Through these activities, Modula reaffirms its commitment to investing in sport as a driver of both personal and collective growth, contributing to the development of local communities and promoting values such as collaboration, determination, and well-being.
A forward-looking commitment that places people and their balance—both inside and outside the company—at the center.
