Vivoil Oleodinamica Vivolo manufactures components such as pumps, motors and flow dividers dedicated to different sectors and applications such as agricultural, industrial, automotive and earthmoving machinery.
They chose to purchase Modula vertical automatic warehouses in May 2017 to optimise intralogistics, workflows and space.
Improving operator ergonomics with Modula Lift automated warehouses
There are 10 Modula Lift in total:
- 4 ML1000 7,700 mm high for storing finished products
- 2 ML75 7,700 mm high for semi-finished products
- 3 ML1000 6,900 mm high for aluminium profiles
- 1 MX75 6,900 mm high for aluminium profiles
To improve operator ergonomics, Vivoil chose an external bay combined with mechanical manipulators.
Each Modula is equipped with an alphanumeric LED bar, sliding console, EKS reader and laser pointer. The Modula WMS software is used for warehouse management. Each warehouse is also equipped with Modula Cloud, the web portal that allows the performance and performance of the warehouses to be monitored remotely.
