You Don’t Change a Winning Team. At Modula, You Train It — Year After Year.
From June 3 to 5, Modula welcomed around 40 technicians from all over the world to its Fiorano Modenese and Salvaterra di Casalgrande sites for a new edition of the International Customer Care Meeting, the global event dedicated to training, discussion and the development of the Customer Care team.
It was an intensive three-day program designed to strengthen technical skills, share best practices, and align activities, tools and procedures across Modula’s various sites and subsidiaries. Year after year, this moment of work and collaboration helps make our service increasingly skilled, responsive and close to customers’ needs.
The agenda alternated between classroom sessions, technical deep dives and practical activities. Topics included safety policies, audits, quality, installation and service procedures, Modula tools such as Sygest, ExpertEye and ticketing, technical communications, training processes, recertifications and the skill matrix.
Significant attention was also devoted to hardware and software innovations: from the management of Smart Display, Pick to Color, biometric devices, Flexibox and Smart Orders Preparation, to in-depth sessions on ModulaOS Web, ModulX, the new web architecture, new machine models and OTP management. The program also included hands-on sessions on the latest solutions, a tour of the Experience Centre and a visit to the Salvaterra plant — valuable opportunities to see technologies, processes and innovations up close.
But the ICCM was not only about technical training. It was also about sharing, dialogue and team spirit. The teambuilding activities, open discussion and final Q&A session created opportunities for direct exchange among colleagues from different markets, encouraging a concrete sharing of experiences and perspectives.
For Modula, this event represents much more than an internal meeting. It is one of the places where the service we provide to our customers every day takes shape: a service built on expertise, listening, care and international collaboration.
Because taking care of customers means, first and foremost, continuing to learn. Together.
